Ann is a Reiki Master/Teacher with full certification and insurance accreditation in all the therapies she offers. She has been practicing for over 10 years mainly in Edinburgh and District. She has been working from the Foundation for well over 2 years, privately and in the Holistic Health Project. Ann is a mother, a grandmother and is always fully present with an open heart ready to help others. She also does befriending work for those going through difficult times and needing a listening ear.

Claudia is Brazilian and she holds a deep honour for the Sacred Healing traditions passed down to her from her indigenous grandmothers and rich shamanic culture. Cláudia works from a strong base of unconditional love, authenticity and sincerity. She is committed to actively creating positive change and healing when and where it is needed. Her life is dedicated to the empowerment of individuals, community and those seeking vision and growth throughout their personal spiritual journey.

A mother of two teenagers, she is also passionate about working with young people. She was one of the catalysts in manifesting Youth Vision, a project in Edinburgh to support vulnerable young people age 14 to 18 yrs in the transitional process into adulthood. She is also the visionary and creator of the Holistic Community Health Project.

Daila is also a Sundoor Fire Walk instructor

Daila' s interest in holistic health and wellbeing started in Italy, where she grew passionately about herbs and essential oils. After moving to London in 1999, she felt guided to follow an inner path of self-discovery, and collect the teachings and the gifts along the way. She trained in different modalities, including Reiki, Herbal medicine, Shamanism and Journey therapy. She is also a firewalk instructor, and she has been facilitating fire-walking ceremony for the past two years, both in UK and in Italy. Last year, she was invited to attend Sandra Ingerman’s two years teachers’ training course in Santa Fe (USA), to deepen her knowledge and experience of Shamanism.
Daila believes that health comes from within, and that help is available always. ‘We have all a huge potential within ourselves and we deserve to be free to live our life fully’. Daila feels grateful to have been able to study with inspirational teachers who share from their heart. And now she feels blessed to be able to share with you so that ‘we can walk in Beauty together, for ourselves, one another and the Earth we walk upon.’

Denise volunteers in the Project on Mondays - Indian Head Massage / Reiki

Denise Jones is qualified to give Reiki Healing to the Second Degree and Indian Head Massage. Denise is a member of the Institute of Complementary and Holistic Therapists and is fully trained  to deliver these therapies. Denise has been a practising therapist for over 10 year but believes that  a therapist  has a duty to deliver best practice. Denise takes part in regular training and information sessions and believes that keeping up to date and exploring new therapies together with ongoing improvement is an essential part good practice. Her goals are to achieve Reiki Master and work towards a degree in Holistic Therapy. Living by the Water of Leith surrounded by nature in a town setting and beauty gives her great optimism and joy.  

Sometimes a combination of massage to any of: head, neck, face, upper back, arms, hands or lower legs and feet can be just what you need at the time. Please ask when you book

Linda volunteers in the Project on Wednesday - Homoeopathy

Linda's passion for homeopathy began as a mother of two children, seeking wholeness and balance within the demands of family, professional and personal life. She is deeply interested in the interconnectedness and resonances between human beings and the natural world from which homeopathic remedies are sourced, bringing her love of both nature and people to her work. 

After four years training at the Northern College of Homeopathic Medicine, Gateshead, Linda was awarded Membership of the Northern College of Homeopathic Medicine and the Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine.  Linda is registered with the Society of Homeopaths, the most widely recognised registration body for homeopaths in the UK.  She is committed to continuous professional development.  With a background in occupational therapy, Linda has more than 20 years experience working in a range of healthcare settings with children and adults. 

Linda believes strongly in encouraging the unique potential of each individual to flourish, and is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space in which people can explore and heal, letting themselves be who they are.

Sheila volunteers in the Project on Wednesday - Homoeopathy

Sheila came to study homoeopathy having worked in healthcare as a registered nurse in the NHS for 15 years. She graduated from the Northen College of Homoeopathic Medicine in 2006 and has since taught and supervised students for the College. She has aslo further studied homoeopathy for a year post-graduation at the Dynamis College in Manchester. She also continues to work as a registered nurse to date.

With one foot in the world of orthodox medicine and the other in the world of holistic therapy, Sheila is a down to earth person who can use her knowledge and experience to see the benefits of both areas of medicine working together and being complementary to each other for the benefit of her client.

Sheila has also trained as a Shamanic Practitioner for over two years. She is is passionate about working in this way which enables her to use ancient native wisdom and ways of healing with those who want to experience shamanic work.
