Ann is a Reiki Master/Teacher with full certification and insurance accreditation in all the therapies she offers. She has been practicing for over 10 years mainly in Edinburgh and District. She has been working from the Foundation for well over 2 years, privately and in the Holistic Health Project. Claudia is Brazilian and she holds a deep honour for the Sacred Healing traditions passed down to her from her indigenous grandmothers and rich shamanic culture. Cláudia works from a strong base of unconditional love, authenticity and sincerity. She is committed to actively creating positive change and healing when and where it is needed. Her life is dedicated to the empowerment of individuals, community and those seeking vision and growth throughout their personal spiritual journey.
A mother of two teenagers, she is also passionate about working with young people. She was one of the catalysts in manifesting Youth Vision, a project in Edinburgh to support vulnerable young people age 14 to 18 yrs in the transitional process into adulthood. She is also the visionary and creator of the Holistic Community Health Project.
Claudia is the co-founder of the Edinburgh Shamanic Centre and the Community Foundation for Planetary Healing.

Daila' s interest in holistic health and wellbeing started in Italy, where she grew passionately about herbs and essential oils. After moving to London in 1999, she felt guided to follow an inner path of self-discovery, and collect the teachings and the gifts along the way. She trained in different modalities, including Reiki, Herbal medicine, Shamanism and Journey therapy. She is also a firewalk instructor, and she has been facilitating fire-walking ceremony for the past two years, both in UK and in Italy. Last year, she was invited to attend Sandra Ingerman’s two years teachers’ training course in Santa Fe (USA), to deepen her knowledge and experience of Shamanism.
Daila believes that health comes from within, and that help is available always. ‘We have all a huge potential within ourselves and we deserve to be free to live our life fully’. Daila feels grateful to have been able to study with inspirational teachers who share from their heart. And now she feels blessed to be able to share with you so that ‘we can walk in Beauty together, for ourselves, one another and the Earth we walk upon.’

Denise Jones is qualified to give Reiki Healing to the Second Degree and Indian Head Massage. Denise is a member of the Institute of Complementary and Holistic Therapists and is fully trained to deliver these therapies. Denise has been a practising therapist for over 10 year but believes that a therapist has a duty to deliver best practice. Denise takes part in regular training and information sessions and believes that keeping up to date and exploring new therapies together with ongoing improvement is an essential part good practice. Her goals are to achieve Reiki Master and work towards a degree in Holistic Therapy. Living by the Water of Leith surrounded by nature in a town setting and beauty gives her great optimism and joy.

Elaine is a registered general nurse with much experience in psychiatry who has over 10 years experience in Holistic Therapies.
In 1997 Elaine studied massage with Bavara in Edinburgh. In 2004 she continued studies with Diane Lang gaining Diploma in Therapeutic massage and Reiki 3 degree. In 2006 she received Angel Therapy Practitioner certificate after completing the training with Doreen Virtue in the United States.
In 2007 she completed the SCR course - Soul Contract Reading. The SCR reveals spiritual gifts, talents and karma one has incarneted with in order to fulfill his/her Life purpose.Elaine is also a Divine Healing Master Key Practitioner (DHMK) which is a unique healing system where one's Higher Self reveals what requires healing using Command Codes. It is a wonderful tool to get to the core of blockages quickly. Both courses taught at the Centre for Conscious Ascension in Surrey. For people who are serious about their spiritual journey and are aware of the Ascension process, the SCR and DHMK are invaluable.

Linda's passion for homeopathy began as a mother of two children, seeking wholeness and balance within the demands of family, professional and personal life. She is deeply interested in the interconnectedness and resonances between human beings and the natural world from which homeopathic remedies are sourced, bringing her love of both nature and people to her work.
After four years training at the Northern College of Homeopathic Medicine, Gateshead, Linda was awarded Membership of the Northern College of Homeopathic Medicine and the Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine. Linda is registered with the Society of Homeopaths, the most widely recognised registration body for homeopaths in the UK. She is committed to continuous professional development. With a background in occupational therapy, Linda has more than 20 years experience working in a range of healthcare settings with children and adults.
Linda believes strongly in encouraging the unique potential of each individual to flourish, and is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space in which people can explore and heal, letting themselves be who they are.

Nicola has been an Art Therapist, a Teacher and Holistic Therapist for over 5 years. As an art therapist she has also a lot of experience and is specialist in additional support needs for school children. She has done much research and practise in trauma, depth psychology, personal and collective stories. Aspects of the feminine, warrior, free spirit, mother, daugher, sister, lover, queen are explored in story and art with Nicola. She sees creativity as a "key" to unlock and unfold our true potential in all parts of our life. Her work is to show you how to use that "key" to unlock your full potential all the way.

Reiki Healing is a natural non invasive therapy that treats the whole person with many benefits, both physical and psychological. Reiki is based on the Usai System of Natural Healing - harnessing body energy and removing blocks to the natural movement of energy through the body. Through its action Reiki can work with the patient to promote both physical and mental health. Reiki can stimulate the body’s natural healing properties and may be applied to any condition. Reiki is fully complementary to any other treatment and the effects will depend on the stage of the condition and the person being treated. Reiki treatments are found to be particularly beneficial with these conditions:

Thermo-auricular Therapy is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears. A natural ear cleansing technique that is simple and a safe therapy which offers benefits for many problems and conditions associated with ear, nose and throat disorders. Effective in the treatment of sinusitis, glue ear, headaches, migraine, tinnitus, snoring, vertigo, colds, hay fever and so on.
Healing is when something in a person changes, shifts, expands or is transformed for better. It can take place in the emotional, the mental, the physical or in the spiritual level. When we suffer a trauma, be it small or major, a part of our soul, a part of our essence leaves our body and that is our way to cope or survive. Part of being human is having this adaptative mechanism for our survival. That part of us, our essence or life force, has the ability to live in other dimensions because we are, by nature, multidimensional beings.
When soul lost occurs, we are left with a feeling that something is missing but we are not quite sure what that is. Sometimes it is a sense of not being here, not being present, sometimes it is a sense of confusion, not being able to have clarity or direction, sometimes it is being stuck in enacting suffering and pain. Childhood trauma is a very common reason for needing a soul retrieval. Negative pattern cicles can also be due to soul lost.
Healing cannot take place if the person is in a dis-empowered place. First thing to do is to empower the person and we start by calling the person's spirit helpers. The helpers provide power, energy, support and will tell us what parts need to come back. When a healing takes place at a soul level, when the re-union takes place, very often, it has an effect in all other levels. Soul retrieval, although very simple, is one of the most powerful shamanic healing one can have.
