Reiki is a simple, subtle yet extremely powerful method of healing which can be used for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual issues. Reiki healing energy flows automatically from those who have been attuned to Reiki.
Jen focuses on creating the space to integrate Reiki into our lives for deeper understanding and connection. This has been shown to enhance each individual’s sense of well being and purpose and empower them on their chosen path.
Costs: Reiki 1 £80 Reiki 2 £100. If you feel drawn to do the trainings with Jen but are restricted financially, please get in touch. Financial obstructions should never prevent access to Reiki energy.

ABOUT JEN GOULD
I am a fully qualified Holistic Massage Therapist, Aromatherapist (ITEC), Breath Work Facilitator & I have a degree in Herbal Medicine.
In 2001, I visited India and was attuned to Reiki by Yogi Mohan. I later trained to Reiki Master/Teacher level.
I enjoy working with people, encouraging, supporting and enpowering them to live happy, healthy lives. I was one of the core supporters of the Community Health Project during its conception. I work with people of all ages from babies to elders.
My love for animals and my realisation of their suffering has led me to have a deep passion for making healing available for them also. I offer Reiki and Healing to all animals for free.
