The work in this group includes basic and advanced skills of shamanic journeying, healing for the self and for others. Power animal, soul retrieval, communication with guides and introduction to the teachings of the medicine wheel are some of the work included. No previous shamanic experience necessary.

Meditation is a proven means of reducing stress and achieving personal growth. Working as a channel for the guides, Mark's fridays meditations themes flows according to the energy and needs of individuals present. Visualisation, shamanic journey, singing, breath work and relaxation are part of the work. NO NEED TO BOOK, just drop in. All welcome.
