Mondays 6pm to 7pm - by donation Meditation is proven to be one of the most helpfull tools for beating stress, creating well being of mind and spirit. From a Buddhist background, Inez shares with us rich and enligtening meditation tecniques, bringing us back to our true nature: the Buddha nature of peace and inner stillness. Every 1st Tuesday of month 5.30pm-8.30pm Cost-£10.00 During these monthly Angel workshops we shall work with the Angels in meditation,we shall carry out Angel healing,Angel wishes,relate Angel stories, we shall discuss orbs, what 2012 hold for us and much more. These are lighthearted, relaxed workshops helping those attending make a real connection with the Angels .The workshops do not follow any religious form and are suitable for people from all walks of life. |

Starting: 10th March 2010 for 4 weeks 05th May 2010 for 4 weeks 02nd June 2010 4 weeks 6pm - 7:30pm £40 / £30 / £20 for the 4 weeks - This course includes basic and advanced skills of shamanic journeying, exploration of non-ordinary realities to bring about healing for the self and for others. Power animal, soul retrieval, communication with guides and introduction to the teachings of medicine wheel are some of the work included. No previous experience of shamanism necessary. JAGUAR / SHAMAN
Workshop with Mark Halliday (£40 / £30 / £20)
The authentic power of jaguar teaches spiritual understanding, love, integrity, impeccability and the power of compassion. Distortion of jaguar teachings brings dishonourable behaviour, misdeeds, abuses of power, fear and feed any self-importance need to be an “enlightened one”. In this workshop we will stalk and devour any aspects of our human self and life which does not serve us, release fears, learn the art of releasing ourselves from enlightenment traps and stand in our power. We will call our spirit, reclaim our feelings of well-being and learn to serve with compassion and openhearted integrity. Integrity requires a forgiving and open heart.
